|Recommended: YesNice Place just needs different rules — It's nice, the pool is awesome and same with the gym. prior management did not take feedback well though, me and my friends who live here would ask them for changes and they were not receptive. For starters, it would be great to have a wifi extender so we can still use the river house wifi while at the pool. With new mgmt we're definitely hoping there will be some changes. The club house closes early, it should be open 24 7 so we can use the printers and coffee at any time esp bc there are a lot of students in the building . Pool outside and tanning close early. Previously the mgmt closed tanning when the office closed which sucks if residents work 9-5 they don't really have time to utilize the tanning. The pool closes at 10 and they would usually come at 9 30ish to kick us out. We think the pool should have extended hours especially on weekends. Sometimes at night I just want to sit by the fire and never could because it closed so early. A lot of parking on the side is designated for paid parking but most of those spots aren't actually used which wastes parking especially on weekends, they should be up for grabs until someone actually purchases the spot.

Thank you so much for your review! As the new owners, we are very open to hearing any and all suggestions from our residents. We are already working on extending the wifi to the pool area, and to each of the cabanas. We have also be in discussion about amenity hours and will likely be changing those in the next coming months, as well as re-working the front door parking spots. Cons The building across from the main building does not have the coffee, pool or gym and it's the same price. Parking can be limited and the blocked off spots that folks don't sign up for could be lessened.

Thank you so much for your feedback! While unfortunately the east building does not have the amenities, we are working on extending amenity hours in the main building so resides can have more access. We have also been discussing the parking and will be re-working it over the next few months. |Recommended: YesModerate Property — Nice property with lots to offer, especially in terms of amenities when they are available but parking has become a big issue and the overall care for the building has declined greatly. The constant construction repairs also have become a hassle.
|Recommended: YesGreat locatoon — Neighbors upstairs are rude, loud, and have no respect for people around them. Other than that the apartment is great.
|Recommended: YesHigh quality apartments — The apartments are incredibly nice and we have not needed any maintenance in the first 5 months. Parking is always available, but sometimes not in your preferred lot. Pool and gym are very nice and well maintained. Noise is not bad at all unless your upstairs neighbors are vacuuming, running around, etc.. We did have to delay moving in by 3 weeks due to a utility issue and the staff was so-so in communication to help and did not refund the rent we paid even though we couldn't live there .
