|Recommended: YesI really like the property, only complaint is noise from neighbors but it hasn't been terrible. — I recommend living here. The amenities, parking, and location are wonderful. you are in walking distance for a lot of places. The pool and gym are great.

|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — River House is pretty great so far. I had some kinks to work out initially was given the wrong set of keys and some mail issues but they were settled quickly. I'm looking forward to the coming year.

|Recommended: YesRiver House review — We love living here The apartment amenities are amazing We did ,however, have a hard time with management and responsiveness. We were constantly calling and emailing and never hearing back from management on a timely basis. We had to constantly follow up with them and even after we decided to live here, we had to follow up with our lease. The prices that we decided on were incorrect on the lease and welcome letter. Vague information was shared about our current apartment. We had to call and ask many times about specific details that should be given to us when moving in. I also wish there was an option for guest parking. There are many front door parking spots open or lot spaces for other people to park

I do want to apologize for the miscommunication between you and management during your move in process. I am not sure how you are contacting the office but the best email is [email protected]. Unfortunately we had to remove guest parking. If we are unable to patrol the parking lot it becomes open parking in the downtown area which causes no available spaces for the people who live here.

We understand the frustration with us having to close the amenities for a short period due to Covid safety measures, there really is no easy way to navigate things in these tough times! All of the amenities are open and we hope you enjoy them over the summer months!

The grounds are well kept and the amenities are very nice My apartment is the perfect size and I have loved the location. Easy access to downtown, the Short North, the Olentangy trail and the highway.
